“It is only when we are willing to step into the unknown that we can expect to learn something new.”

Robert E. “Dusty” Staub

Robert E. “Dusty” Staub will unabashedly play one of his many Native American flutes in public places. He is known to amuse his family with his story telling and his color-blind dress code. Long walks, quiet time with a good cigar, and preparing meals for his family are some of the ways that Dusty brings balance into his life.

Over the past 35 years, Dusty has earned a solid reputation as a corporate consultant, author and keynote speaker who is focused on bringing the wisdom of heart-centered leadership and acts of courage to his clients. Now–as a husband, father and grandfather–he is interested in sharing what he has learned with a much larger audience.
